Cat Crusaders, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit, NO-KILL cat rescue organization that provides rescue-to-adoption and spay/neuter services for homeless cats and kittens in the Tampa Metro Area.
How can you help?
| Foster |
Make a big difference in the lives of at-risk cats and kittens by providing them with a loving foster home while they get ready for adoption. We cover all costs associated with each cat’s medical care and food, you just supply the love!
| Adopt |
Adopting a cat is one of the most life-changing decisions you’ll ever make. At any given time we have dozens of cats and kittens of all ages and colors in our program that are available for adoption - consider bringing love into your life by giving one of these sweet babies a second chance at a loving, forever home!
| VOLUNTEER |
We rely heavily on our volunteers to help care for our cats and find them loving homes. From our adoption counselors and kennelers to fundraising and more, we have volunteer opportunities for people of all ages!
OUR MISSION
Cat Crusaders’ mission is simple:
To rescue, vaccinate, spay/neuter, and find loving adoptive homes for stray and neglected cats across the Tampa Metro and surrounding communities. We also seek to reduce cat overpopulation through active engagement in TNVR and provide solutions to end the killing of adoptable animals in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
We are only able to make strides towards accomplishing this mission thanks to our team of incredible volunteers and the self-less donations we receive from members of the community who are as passionate as we are about saving cat lives.

Founded in 2008, Cat Crusaders is a 501c3 nonprofit all-volunteer rescue based in New Tampa, Florida that has been actively combating feline overpopulation and giving homeless cats and kittens a second chance at life through adoption for over a decade.

We are a no-kill rescue, and every cat that we bring into our organization is given a chance at a loving forever home through adoption. In addition to the strays that we rescue, our organization saves hundreds of cats from euthanasia every year.
